Crab cakes were great, peirogis were kinda just a mess of flavors though. Spinache didn't come through much, just tasted like pasta with sauce sadly.

From a person with multiple food allergies, I must say that this place gave me so much joy and comfort eating. Everything was amazing out of everything I must say the Mac and Cheese is the BEST!! You won’t regret eating here and the waiter Josh was the sweetest.

I love this restaurant for it's cool vibe, completely vegan menu and funky staff BUT I went to lunch there on a Saturday with a 2-year-old and it took 50 minutes to get our food. And there is no kids menu. But I will go again bc vegan food is not always easy to find!

I always have a great experience here, the food and drinks are amazing and I love having so many great vegan options. On our last visit we had a minor issue that was addressed and fixed right away, in fact they went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

Delicious all vegan food served here! The restaurant is located on somewhat of a busy street. The restaurant doesn't have a private parking lot but there's plenty of meter parking. The staff are super nice and the restaurant it self is very cozy. I just wished they would open a second location in the new Haven or Milford area.

The buffalo cauliflower and chickpeas parmesan sandwiches with the rosemary fries was some of the best I ever tasted. I love the atmosphere and customer service.

Ordered a Ruben, Meatball app, & nacho app. All quite yummy, though the french fries stole the spotlight... they were super crunchy & tasty! Service was excellent, our waiter was extremely friendly & made us feel at home. I would recommend this place without hesitation!

Food is excellent. Drinks are over priced and service is chaotic. Be ready for a disorganized dining experience. For a quick bite grab something from the market across the street

Wide variety of food options, great drinks, friendly staff. What more could you want? My carnivore husband thoroughly enjoyed his seitan burger, and we're already making plans to come back. The only downside is that it's a little pricey, but I guess I'm ok with that since I can actually eat anything off the menu for once.

Amazing dinner with family tonight! Couldn't have picked a better place for my mother's birthday celebration. (Putting my family on to incredible vegan food) Our server Stephen was also amazing! Excellent all around, highly recommend!

This is the most amazing place ever! They have the friendliest people ever! The food is also so so amazing and it can't be matched. You MUST go here if you are vegan and love some godlike vegan food.

My First taste of a Vegan Restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The food was charming and flavorful and it was nice to eat on the outside patio with a fresh breeze and great people watching setting for entertainment. Middletown is definitely keeping this lil gem a big secret. Well secersts out now! Please go to ION and ask for Frankie to be your waitress. Shes smart, funny and actually got all of the "dad" jokes we shared. She had awesome knowledge about the town and the restaurant and made our experience at ION memeorable.

Fabrics, natural elements, lighting make this place feel warm and welcoming. Nice assortment of vegan food. Food was delicious from beginning to end. I wish there were more places like this in southern CT.

It's Only Natural serves the most delicious plant based food I have ever had. Their brunch is to die for I suggest trying the southern benedict with a dirty chai latte. They always have unique specials and friendly servers. The owner of this restaurant is very nice I always see her working hard with her employees. The atmosphere is engaging I always enjoy the different artwork I have seen over the years. Even the tables are pieces of art. I can't say enough good things about this place, it's apparent they go above and beyond to serve the community.

I'm not vegan or even vegetarian but Ion has some of the best food I've ever had. And the company was pretty good too. Worth the almost hour drive.

Wow . This is the BEST vegan spot I have been to. The food is absolutely delicious! There are several gluten free and nut free options and all meals are made from organic ingredients. I had the General Tso Cauliflower entree and my oh my, it was amazing. The carrot cake was great too. Moist and sweet. I can't believe there was no dairy or eggs in it. Will definitely go back!

This was the absolutely best vegan restaraunt we have visited. Great food, great portions. Presentation was phenomenal. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I am so happy I made the drive up here to visit. My tummy was full even if my wallet was slightly emptier. No regrets eating at this amazing place!!!

Loved coming here! Food was so scrumptious! Our server, Frankie, was great and interactive. She made us laugh and had good recommendations. Place inside is beautiful. Even though the place was packed we felt like we were sitting in our own little world. Giving them 4 stars because it is cash only, which we knew and is fine, I just wish they would take cards too, and the open kitchen lends itself to good smelling place, but now my clothes smell like it too which I don’t like so much. Definitely coming back!

Today my wife and I decided to try a vegan dinner. We googled vegan restaurants and ION popped up. First impression was it was different for us. We sat at the bar. Got a few drinks from And pointers for our first vegan experience from Sara, which was amazing. We tried the Southern Fried Tofu as appetizer (very good), I had the General Tso cauliflower over quinoa. (So good) The vibe was great, something about 90’s hip hop and veganism just works! My wife and I would like to thank the kind man that paid for our dinner! Peace and blessings brotha! I will be going back!

I love ION so much. A delicious variety of vegan foods. Their menu is so innovative, their drinks are good. Such a treat to visit ❤️

This is my 2nd visit. The first time I got takeout, so I didn’t want to rate it based on that experience. All I remember from that visit is that the cake I had was very dry. This time I had the whole restaurant experience with another couple. I ordered the Southern platter. I really enjoyed the southern fried tofu, but the greens were very salty to the point where I didn’t eat them. The black beans were dry and lacked seasoning. My friend got the Cajun chili which was also very salty. The best thing about our meal was the lemon rosemary French fries and cornbread. To be honest, I expected more from this restaurant.

While the service was outstanding and the food was good...the bartender failed twice at making my drink even after explaining to the waitress what I wanted and how to make it. IF you don't know how to make a drink, Google it. In today's age of internet information, this never should have happened. It ruined a celebratory evening for us and we will hesitate to return any time soon.

Unique taste, liked it. Quite a few healthy food options. The Lemon pasta and gumbo were very nice. More expensive than normal, but the serving portions are larger - couldn't finish the entree. They had unique shots. I was not so impressed with the Nachos (appetizer) though.

The waiters and waitresses are very kind and the food is outstanding. It is so so so good. Their vegan mac n' cheese tastes just like non-vegan mac'n cheese and all their food is delicious.
